I am so excited about my dinner tonight. This may mean that my life is seriously sad (highly likely), BUT I had a less than healthy start to my day, and I am so excited to eat fresh food without extra crap loaded in the way of the flavours.

Sweet potato and cod fishcake (yum, thanks Tesco), and lightly fried (in olive oil) courgette, pointed red pepper, tomato and chorizo. Just a crack of pepper to finish. YUM!
